Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return Period: 15 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order confirmation or receipt required
  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sandals & Flip Flops (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products showing signs of wear or damage not related to manufacturing defects
  • Personalized or custom-made footwear

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery using the template below
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Include Documentation: Place a copy of your return authorization and order confirmation inside the package

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Refunds: Please allow additional time for international payment processing
